Discipleship is a course designed for every Christian. Fundamentally it instructs Christians in basic and essential Bible doctrines that most Churches don’t teach or that most Christians don’t yet understand. Regardless of one’s Biblical knowledge, it should be treated as a structured and comprehensive set of lessons intended to develop a focused view for all believers. Structured essentially for the new convert with initial lessons concerning Salvation, Baptism and the Holy Spirit; these lessons progress to the meat of the Word that satisfies the seasoned believer, with teachings pertaining to spiritual growth and our responsibilities within the body of Christ. To be a Christian leader, leading others, it is imperative that you should understand all aspects of Biblical doctrine. For the new Christian, it means becoming grounded in the Word of God and learning how to grow in your faith.

Discipleship has been a very important step in the lives of my wife and I. We were able to become more grounded in the Word of God. The fellowship and bond developed between us and our discipleship mentors has been awesome and life long. In life all kinds of decisions come your way. If you are not grounded in the Word of God, you may have a hard time in certain situations. If you read God’s Word and pray, you will always be better off. If you have not been through the discipleship program, I encourage you to start right away. The experience is life changing.
